This booking system provides preferential prices for all Jasper Hotels. After you submit all the information in the required fields you will receive a confirmation number. When checking in at the hotel booked guests should give their name and confirmation number. The confirmation only relates to the hotel, date, quantity and type of rooms and room charge. It does not include any special requirements made in the booking remarks section. Guests should contact the hotel at the time of booking to discuss special requirements if they have them. Anyone booking through this system should supply their real name and ensure that the required information is correct. If any information supplied is false the booking becomes invalid.
Customers should make the booking at least 90 minutes before they arrive at the hotel. If the booking is made 60 minutes before arrival guests should also inform the hotel by telephone.
Check in time is 2:00pm on the arrival day and check out time is 12:00 noon on the day of departure. Half day rate extra shall be paid for early check in and late check out before 6:00pm. If a guest checks out after 6:00pm an extra full day’s room rate will be payable. Exceptions to this must be negotiated with the hotel in advance.
If a guest requires an early check in he should fill in the date of arrival as being the day before he actually arrives and note the check-in time in the remarks column. This ensures that the room will be vacant on arrival. Under such circumstances payment will be from one day before the check-in date.
